VALUES IN OUR WORK
The “singular” approach
Rather than use a “normative” approach which makes reference to pre-existing methodological models, we offer methods for understanding and resolving problems, which can be used by the people involved themselves, individually or in a group.
The “critical” approach
Rather than use “partisan” approach based on a preferred ideological model, we prefer a pragmatic approach, so that shared action plan can be implemented, using a practical methodology and realistic solutions.
The “crossed” approach
In designing or conducting an assignment, and in collaboration with the client, pair work helps with gaining perspective and improving situational intelligence and creativity. A consultant cannot enter the complex and diverse world of the company alone.

Courage
We consider ourselves just as responsible for “disturbing” our clients as we do for making them understand our logic behind this. A difficulty felt always starts with a question that is badly posed, so we think that sometimes the wording of a request made by a client must be changed, so that it does not transform into a command, which may become part of the problem posed.
